This page contains a list of approved private instructors for band instruments.  This list should be used by parents and students seeking to improve their skills at the greatest possible rate.  The most successful students at AMS take private lessons from teachers on this list.

The teachers on this list have been approved by Mr. Foster to be quality instructors that regularly perform on the instruments they teach.  Do not merely go to a local music store and take instruction from just any one.  Find out who will do a good job first.

This list is not meant to be comprehensive.  There are lots of great teachers in the area and many of them are not mentioned here because they have not yet been contacted or do not wish to be listed.  If you are a teacher or have a teacher you think would want to be listed here, please contact Mr. Foster at [email protected].  We want students to have as many outlets as possible.
